Everyone loves a good taco - This recipe gives you the ingredients to make them healthier with ground turkey - but we use regular ground beef too! Use whichever you have on hand :)
Whole wheat tortilla wraps
1 tbspn grapeseed oil
1 lb ground turkey or beef
1 can of black beans, drained
1 small sweet onion
4 garlic cloves
2 tablespoons chili powder
1 tsp red pepper
1 tbspn cumin
1 tbspn italian seasonings
1 pack of sazon
1 tsp adobo
Salt and pepper to taste
Our Toppings:
Avacado
Chopped romaine lettuce
Grated white cheddar cheese
Salsa
Heat oil in a large skillet and add onion, garlic, and ground meat
Add the black beans
Season with salt and pepper (taste as you go!)
Add all the spices and mix well
Heat up the wheat wraps in the microwave to soften
Fill shell with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
